In Chains Motorcycles was originally set up by ex British Enduro rider Steve Colville in 1995.

In October 2000 Steve decided to move across from two wheels to four and sold the business to us, Nigel and Eileen Milward. Nigel had been working with Steve for three years before taking over and now we hope to take the business in to the future with some new ideas such as this e-commerce web site.

We have been very involved in the Motocross scene for many years and have a son, Benjamin, who races and also works in the shop. Our other team member, Darren, is the mechanic for his brother who races and between us we have extensive knowledge and experience in this area.

Although Motocross is predominantly our field, we also specialise in Trail, Trials, Enduro and Green Lane riding. We are a TM and Beta main dealer and keep most parts in stock. We also carry spares for other makes and can get anything which we don't stock. A full range of accessories for bike and rider is available at all times but, again, if you want something specific, ask and we will endeavour to get it. A workshop facility is also available to our customers.

Our aim is to be a complete supplier to the Off-Road and Motocross enthusiast and we try to run the business in an honest and friendly way.
